Reciept & Shipping. and Optional Custom Fields

Hello.

Have a few more bugs i want to sort out.

We sell clothing in our store as you can see here: http://www.vesteraalengatebil.no/nettbutikk/index.php?action=store;sa=view&id=20

And when i get a order of lets say 5 different articles, the buyer get 5 different reciepts, plus the paypal payment reciept. In addition you can see i have a selector box where the customer must choose the size of the apparel.
This dosent turn up on the reciept or in the paypal reciept. The same when i mark something as shipped on this order the customer gets 5different emails telling that the item has been shipped.

Q:
1. is there a way to mark different articles as shipped, and send all that in one email, and at the same time inform what items is not shipped, and maybe adding a comment field where we can express the reason to why.
2. I Need all articles on 1 reciept when the customer buys them, including the optional custom fields.

3. Sometimes when i add sizes in the OCFields they arrange themselves somehow, i would like a button for rearrangin the order.
