Member can't log in

I have a member that logged in fine yesterday and today they can't. They can log into the forum fine, but not the classifieds. So, I tried resetting the password on just the classifieds and they still can't log in. What should I do? Does the password have to be changed for the forum as well?

First it goes username/password on the classifieds.

If none is found it checks the username and password against the integration in your MyBB.


Now if a user changes the password/username on MyBB it does not change in ezClassifieds or vice versa.


Can you login if you reset the user's password in ezClassifieds and then use that username and password?
