ezStore, ezClassified, ezDownloads PayPal IPN Changes

In September 30, 2016 paypal will only allows https postbacks for ipns. Please download the latest version of the ezstore, ezdowloads and ezclassifieds to ensure all your transactions get processed correctly.
The main change is to the ipn file.
