Run error after install

Hi people, my boss got eZGallery today and I am trying to install it.

Created the database first and the installation was OK, now when I try to acess the gallery I got this error:

Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir './cache/templates_c' does not exist, or is not a directory. in /home/content/28/7612428/html/gallery/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1093

Looks like your missing a the folder called templates_c

Create these two folders below and make sure they are writable
Inside your gallery folder goto to cache folder and  create
templates_c
And
smartycache

Your cache folder in your gallery install should have both of those and make sure they are writable let me know if that helps.

Thats it! Looks that the installation zip file dont have those folders. For writeble do you mean 777?

That will work. I think the issue was I had those folders empty so when I generated the zip on the site for each customer it did no include those folders will include a placeholder file to fix that.
