Can't Add Custom Fields

When I click on Add Fields to add custom fields to a category I get a blank page, what am I doing wrong?

I'm getting another error now.

When we post a listing we get this:
SELECT realName, INTERGRATE_MEMBER_ID, email FROM `poultry1_auctions`.poultry1_class_members WHERE id = 3 LIMIT 1 Unknown column 'id' in 'where clause' /home1/poultry1/public_html/auctions/sources/Intergrations.php 789 Go back

The listing does still post though. But does not show up on the forum.
